Does magnetic jewelry help with ailment ... or condition ...?We do not make any health claims whatsoever with regards to any of our products. Magnetic jewelry is not intended to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat any condition, ailment, illness or disease, and we will not provide any medical or health advice. Magnetic jewelry is just that - jewelry with embedded magnets. It does nothing beyond look beautiful, as far as we are concerned.

What is the difference between magnetic bracelets and the Qray bracelets?The magnetic bracelets are, as the name implies, magnetic. The Qray bracelets are not. Some people prefer one over the other, and it really boils down to personal preference.

I'm confused - how does the sizing for magnetic bracelets and anklets work?For most of these products, we offer custom-sizing. Use the options on the product page to select the size that you want your item to be. If you want to ensure that your magnetic bracelet or anklet will fit well, let us know your wrist or ankle circumference (there is a place to write special requests/messages during checkout). Sometimes, due to link size, it is impossible to obtain the desired size exactly, and providing exact measurements helps our jewelers out tremendously in determining whether "that last link" should be added (or removed).

Should magnetic products be tight against my skin?This boils down completely to personal preference. Some people prefer to have their magnetic jewelry a little tighter, some like it if there's a little bit of room for the product to move. Either way, as long as the product stays on without problems, it looks beautiful and achieves its purpose.

How do I measure my wrist circumference?The most accurate way is to use a flexible tape measure. Measure right around your wrist bone. If you do not have a flexible tape measure, you can also use a piece of string, piece of paper, or any flexible material: simply wrap the material around your wrist bone, make a note of where it has wrapped around it, and then put the material next to a ruler. You now have your wrist circumference (wrist size).

How do I measure my wrist width?Lay your hand flat on an even, sturdy surface. Using your other hand, measure across your wrist bone, from left to right, using a ruler. You now have your wrist width (needed for Sergio Lub handmade magnetic bracelets).

What shipping carrier do you use?For magnetic jewelry, Qray products, Qlink products, Hoodia, Novus Research products, survivor buffs, toxin test kits, Ty Fisher music, and Vaxa homeopathic products, we use the United States Postal Service (regular mail).
For BioElectric Shield pendants, magnetic mattress pads, massage chairs, and Teeter Inversion tables, either UPS or FedEx are used.

How long will it take to receive my order?All products that are in-stock (not back-ordered) are usually shipped next business day from the date ordered. Products that are on back order are usually shipped within 5 business days. We will notify you if a longer delay is expected. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or postal holidays.

How can I track my order?If you provided us with an email address at the time of the order, an email with tracking information will be automatically sent to you at the time of shipment (orders within the USA only - international shipments usually do not offer tracking capabilities). Do you ship to my country?We ship to anywhere in the world! Most of our products are even shipped free - all except for Buff headwear products, magnetic mattress pads, Teeter inversion tables, or other heavy products. Will I have to pay duties/customs fees/taxes?Customers from within the United States do not have to pay any taxes, unless the order is being shipped to Florida, in which case a 7% sales tax is added.
If you are having your order shipped to any other country, then you are responsible for any duties or customs fees that may be assessed by applicable agencies. You are also responsible for knowing your country's import policies, and must be aware of any restrictions or prohibited items. We are not responsible for any items seized by governmental or customs officials.

If the product you are exchanging your product for is of a greater value, then we will charge the difference to the credit or debit card on file. If you paid by check or money order, then please include a check or money order for the difference.
If, on the other hand, the product you are exchanging your product for is of a lesser value, then we will credit the difference to the credit or debit card on file. If you paid by check or money order, then we will include a check for the difference amount with the exchange product. A flat $3.75 fee per exchange (can include multiple products) is assessed to cover reshipping.

Shipping and Handling:
Your order is usually shipped within 24 business hours. Items may, from time to time, be on backorder. Should this be the situation, and should BillyTheTree be unable to ship your product(s) out within 5 days, excluding weekends and holidays, then we will provide an email notification to the customer, informing him or her that a backorder situation currently exists. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping/handling fees are calculated based on items in the shopping cart, and you will see them during the checkout process, prior to finalizing your order. We reserve the right to deny shipment of products without providing a reason (in such cases, no money will be debited from the respective customer account for the order in question, or if money was debited for the order in question, that money will be refunded). Delivery times are listed in a separate page that can be found within the checkout process. We naturally cannot control UPS, the United States Postal Service, or any other shipping service provider that may be utilized, but we help our customers wherever we plausibly can. We provide customers with tracking numbers, and offer insured shipping services, which, if chosen by the customer, protects the customer in case of a lost or damaged parcel. Parcels cannot be claimed as lost when a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and no legal recourse remains at such time. All shipping questions, inquiries, complaints, and damage claims must be filed with the appropriate shipping service provider.

All funds are in US Dollar. Foreign currency pricing is provided for informational purposes, and the complete accuracy of these foreign currency prices cannot be guaranteed (they are updated daily by a third party).

We do not sell our customers' and website visitors' email addresses, or personal information to anyone, except as outlined below. We collect information volunteered during the ordering process. We use this information to fulfill your order, to promptly address any customer service concerns, to occasionally inform the customer of new developments or special offers (customer may request to stop receiving these offers at any time), and will not share this information unless instructed to do so by government entities, or as necessary with appropriate parties as part of an investigation into suspected fraudulent activities. We respect the privacy of visitors and customers of our website. If you send identifying information to us by email, we use that information only to provide you with our services and/or products, and to otherwise respond to your requests.
Refunds/Exchanges Policy:
Please contact our customer service department at 1-866-677-7735 or (001) 727-581-1848 if you have any questions about the process outlined below. Simply send the product(s) back with a copy of the packing slip, and write instructions on what you would like to do. The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back (refunded) or exchanged for a new product, unless noted otherwise. By wearing or using the product got the first time, our refund/exchange policy is void, unless a guarantee is noted on our website. The product is subject to a final inspection before your return is processed. Shipping costs and a 15% non-refundable credit card and handling charge is deducted from the credit amount in case of a refund. We are not responsible for shipping damages or lost packages on return shipping; we recommend you ship using a tracking number. Allow 1-2 weeks for money return in the case of a refund. For safety reasons, food/supplement products cannot be exchanged or returned, unless noted otherwise. When returning an item for refund that came with a free gift, the gift's value will be deducted from the total refund. Please note that a $3.75 flat shipping fee is assessed for each exchange package that is sent out (this shipment may include multiple items), in addition to any applicable upsizing fees or other price differences. Should the item(s) being exchanged amount to less than the price of the original item(s), then credit will be issued, minus fees, as outlined above.
Order Placement:
Your order is usually shipped within 24 business hours after it is received. Most customers, depending on their location, receive their order within 3-5 business days after the product(s) has(have) been shipped out by Billythetree, L.L.C.. Orders cancelled by the customer after the credit card has been processed will be charged a 5% fee to cover associated non-refundable merchant fees. Should a customer refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decides to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer still assumes full return liability and costs of 15% (this includes all applicable return freight charges, as well as restocking fees in addition to the 5% merchant fees stated above). Please note that weekly specials, super sales, or any other type of temporary deep discounted item cannot be purchased at a further discounted rate for wholesale/bulk customers. Wholesalers may also not use coupon codes, unless verbally instructed otherwise by BillyTheTree staff.
Backorders:
Large orders that contain items on back order will be shipped separately - we send what we have in stock right away, and will ship the rest later. You will be notified by email should this be the case. If the majority of the products you ordered are on back order for more than 5 days, you will also be notified by email. Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders.Your credit card will be charged once the order has been received, unless the majority of your order is on back order - if this is the case, you will be charged at the time of shipment of these products. Importation Policy:
Please know your country's import policy.
