Wiley X Eyewear Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Wiley X, Inc. eyewear is warranted to the original purchaser for life against manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship (except Light Adjusting (L.A.) lenses which have a tint adjustment life of 18 months. Proof of Purchase for L.A. lens products required).

This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including but not limited to scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse and other issues determined by Wiley X, Inc. not to be a manufacturer’s defect. Original purchaser must include a shipping, handling and processing fee of $9.00 (plus applicable sales tax) ($27.00 for Canadian residents) (sorry, no checks) with any warranty claim. Tax where applicable will also accompany this processing fee.

Upon receiving returned eyewear that Wiley X, Inc. determines to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our option. Non-warranty repair services are available to our customers as it pertains to lenses or frames that are not covered under the terms of the warranty. We will email customers back with these options and costs should they wish to execute. Items not covered under terms of warranty which are also not repairable will be returned to customer or destroyed at customer’s option and the $9.00 (plus applicable sales tax) ($27.00 for Canadian residents) processing fee will not be charged.

To begin the warranty/repair evaluation process, please fill out the online warranty repair form at www.wileyx.com/support/returnauthform.aspx. After proper completion of the online warranty/repair form, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be assigned as your reference. Once finished, please print the completed online form with RA# and mail in with returned item. Please allow 7–10 business days from receipt of product to process your claim.
