We want you to be thrilled with both the service and the products you receive when you shop with us at BillyTheTree Jewelry. That's why we are proud to offer you a 30-day guarantee!

You may return like-new items in their original packaging for a full refund of the product price (and any applicable sales tax). Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable. Sorry, used items cannot be returned, unless you've received written permission from us to do so.

Our Extended Holiday Guarantee Lets You Shop With Confidence!

Our extended holiday guarantee is now in place. The terms are incredibly simple: if your purchase is a gift for the Holiday season, then an extended guarantee applies for refunds and exchanges. More specifically, items can be returned until February 1, 2024! Items returned must be in like-new condition in order for the extended guarantee to apply.

There are two options to make an exchange.

Standard Exchange: You send the item back to us and we will create a new order for the exchange item. This option requires postal wait time and processing of the return package on our end, which means you may not receive the new item for 2-3 weeks. You will need to email us at to notify us of the new item you wish to receive. We charge a fee of $5.00 for any domestic exchanges, $9.95 for international exchanges. This covers our costs for processing and shipping the new item to you.
New Order/Refund to Original Order: To avoid postal and processing wait times, you may place a new order for the new item/size that you want, and then send the first order back for refund. You will receive the new item sooner.

We do not require a Return Authorization to accept items for exchange. We do need to know how to process your return package upon delivery, so please let us know by emailing

If your item was damaged or defective upon receipt, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. In cases of defect or damage, we will provide a return shipping label and a replacement item.

When Will You Receive Your Refund?

Returns and refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days of delivery to us (this does not include weekends or holidays). Each package must be opened and inspected before a refund can be issued, so please be patient.

If you are tracking your return package online and the tracking states that it has been delivered to us, we need approximately 7 business days from that date. This may take even longer during the busy holiday season - up to 10 business days or 2 full calendar weeks.

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. Please be sure to check your email's Spam or Junk email folder. You can also check the refund status by visiting the Order Status page.

Reminder: Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable.

Please find the packing slip that came in your order box or envelope. You will need it to identify the return requirements for your order.

the bottom of the packing slip includes a return address in Ohio, you may ship the product back to that address. We do not require a Return Authorization.

A few important details about our 30-day guarantee

- This satisfaction guarantee is irrespective of any manufacturer's warranties that may exist for a given product; in other words, 30 days is the minimum time you'll have -- see individual product descriptions for details on any extended warranties that may exist.

- If an item returned is not in like new condition, we will, at our sole discretion, deduct a restocking fee of 15% or refuse the return altogether

- Personalized items, including, but not limited to, medical ID bracelets and engraved jewelry are not covered by this guarantee. All such sales are final, and personalized items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

- To return a product for refund, simply send the product(s) back with a copy of the packing slip, and a note indicating you wish to receive a refund. If the packing slip in your order say to send the return back to Ohio, please send to that address. All other returns may be sent to our mailing address, which is BillyTheTree Jewelry, 3665 E Bay Dr., Suite 204 #157, Largo, FL 33771 USA

- The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products are not eligible for refund. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee - at our sole discretion - in select instances of damaged or used item return.

- Any shipping costs you paid (for expedited shipping, shipping protection/insurance, etc.) are non-refundable.

- We are not responsible for shipping damages or lost packages on return shipping; we recommend you ship using a padded envelope and that you obtain a tracking number.

- Please allow at least 7 business days once the item has been delivered to us in order for the credit to show up in your account. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

- When returning an item for refund that came with a free gift, the gift's value will be deducted from the total refund if the free gift is not also returned.
