You may return like-new items in their original packaging for a full refund of the product price (and any applicable sales tax). Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable. Sorry, used items cannot be returned, unless you've received written permission from us to do so.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You do not need a Return Authorization prior to sending an item back, however we would appreciate a heads-up via email as to why you are sending the product back. Please let us know the reason for return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
When you send your order back, please include the original packing slip—or some other piece of paper with your name—in the package with your return. Do not send returns without some identifying information inside the package. You do not need to write anything specific on the packing slip prior to returning for refund. If you want an exchange for the item you are sending back, email email@example.com so we can assist you with the exchange.
If the packing slip for your order includes a return address in Ohio, you may ship the product back to that address.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND/EXCHANGE?
Returns and refunds will be processed within 7 business days of delivery to us. If you are tracking your return package online and the tracking states that it has been delivered to us, we need approximately 7 business days from that date. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible. Refunds are issued promptly.
We charge a fee of $5.00 for any domestic exchanges, $9.95 for international exchanges. This covers our costs for processing and shipping the new item to you.
RESIZE FEES FOR MAGNETIC JEWELRY
A fee of $5.00 applies to each link jewelry item that we re-size as part of an exchange.
We will charge any applicable fees to the card used to make your original purchase, or will send you a PayPal invoice.

That said, we have a limited amount of staff available to handle phone calls, which is why we do not list our phone number online (any phone number you find via a web search is probably one of our old numbers that we no longer use).

A few important details about our 30-day guarantee
- This satisfaction guarantee is irrespective of any manufacturer's warranties that may exist for a given product; in other words, 30 days is the minimum time you'll have -- see individual product descriptions for details on any extended warranties that may exist.
- If an item returned is not in like new condition, we will, at our sole discretion, deduct a restocking fee of 15% or refuse the return altogether
- Personalized items, including, but not limited to, medical ID bracelets and engraved jewelry are not covered by this guarantee. All such sales are final, and personalized items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
- To return a product for refund, simply send the product(s) back with a copy of the packing slip, and a note indicating you wish to receive a refund. If the packing slip in your order say to send the return back to Ohio, please send to that address. - The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products are not eligible for refund. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee - at our sole discretion - in select instances of damaged or used item return.
- Any shipping costs you paid (for expedited shipping, insurance, etc.) are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for shipping damages or lost packages on return shipping; we recommend you ship using a padded envelope and that you obtain a tracking number.
- Please allow 7 business days once the item has been delivered to us in order for the credit to show up in your account.
- When returning an item for refund that came with a free gift, the gift's value will be deducted from the total refund if the free gift is not also returned
