Sorry, used products are not eligible for refund. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee - at our sole discretion - in select instances of damaged or used item return. - Any shipping costs you paid (flat-rate, expedited services, protection / insurance, etc.) are non-refundable. - We are not responsible for shipping damages or lost packages on return shipping; we recommend you ship using a padded envelope and that you obtain a tracking number. - Please allow for 1-2 weeks once the item has been received by us in order for the credit to show up in your account. - When returning an item for refund that came with a free gift, the gift's value will be deducted from the total refund if the free gift is not also returned.

Shipping and Handling:

Your order is usually shipped within 2-5 business days, unless noted otherwise. Items may, from time to time, be on backorder. Should this be the situation, and should BillyTheTree be unable to ship your product(s) out within 5 days, excluding weekends and holidays, then we will provide an email notification to the customer, informing him or her that a backorder situation currently exists. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping/handling fees are calculated based on items in the shopping cart, and you will see them during the checkout process, prior to finalizing your order. We reserve the right to deny shipment of products without providing a reason (in such cases, no money will be debited from the respective customer account for the order in question, or if money was debited for the order in question, that money will be refunded). Delivery times are listed in a separate page that can be found within the checkout process. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and that a variety of factors may influence the actual time until delivery of a parcel, including, but not limited to, customs, natural disaster, human error, etc. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. We naturally cannot control UPS, the United States Postal Service, or any other shipping service provider that may be utilized, but we help our customers wherever we plausibly can. We provide customers with tracking numbers, and offer insured shipping services, which, if chosen by the customer, protects the customer in case of a lost or damaged parcel. Parcels cannot be claimed as lost when a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and no legal recourse remains at such time. All shipping questions, inquiries, complaints, and damage claims must be filed with the appropriate shipping service provider.

If we are required to ship out your order again, which was returned to us by a shipping carrier due to an incomplete or otherwise incorrectly provided shipping address, then we will recharge you any amounts paid for shipping. This applies to second and any subsequent shipments.

Backorders:

Large orders that contain items on back order will be shipped separately - we send what we have in stock right away, and will ship the rest later. You will be notified by email should this be the case. If the majority of the products you ordered are on back order for more than 5 days, you will also be notified by email.

Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal. We also accept PayPal. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged immediately when you submit your online order.

Importation Policy:

Please know your country's import policy. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties, etc. We are NOT responsible for customs fees, duties, and other taxes that may be assessed for international shipments by foreign governments or their agencies. These charges are outside our control, and you must be aware of your country's import policies and laws. If such charges are levied, then you are responsible for paying them.

If you reject your shipment, and customs and or postal notes indicate that you did not pay import, customs, or any other legally required fees or payments, and your shipment is returned to us, then, unless arrangements for re-delivery are made (we will make attempts to contact you), we will deduct a $16.95 flat fee from your refund amount to cover our cost of shipping. It is your responsibility to be aware of laws and responsibilities that pertain to your function as an importer.

Underage Use:

If you are under 18 years of age and wish to purchase products, please have your parents or guardians do so. Any purchase or attempted purchase by someone under 18 years of age will be considered fraudulent, and we will not be held liable for any purchases made by said persons.
