Answers to Your Questions About Order Shipment and Delivery
- Most orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.
- You will receive free shipping automatically if your order is being shipped to an address within the United States.
- Free shipping is also available to international customers who place orders for USD$100.00 or more (excluding some heavy items, such as clocks and mattress pads).
- Expedited shipping methods are available (Priority Mail, Express Mail) for both domestic and international customers, for an extra fee (you may select these options at checkout).
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders do not ship on weekends or on US postal holidays. Each item on our website has a different processing time prior to shipment. You can determine this processing time by looking for the “Usually Ships in” statement just above the Add To Cart button on the webpage. Many products are available to ship same-day or next-day. These items have a 1-2 day processing time listed.
You will receive an email notification with a package tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please check your Spam or Junk email folder for this notification.
Here are the estimated delivery timeframes once an order has left a warehouse:
Delivery to addresses within the United States:
Free Shipping: 3-5 days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days
Delivery to addresses outside of the United States:
*Delivery estimates do not include delays by Customs authorities upon arrival in your country. Delivery timeframes will vary by country.

USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 days
