Answers to Your Questions About Order Shipment and Delivery
You will receive automatic free shipping if your order is being shipped to an address within the United States.
Free shipping is also available to international customers who place orders for USD$100.00 or more.
Expedited shipping methods are available (Priority Mail, Express Mail) for both domestic and international customers, for an extra fee (you may select these options at checkout).
Most orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.
When Will Your Order Ship?
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders do not ship on weekends or on US postal holidays.
You will receive an email notification with a package tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please check your Spam or Junk email folder for this notification.
Each item on our website has a different processing time prior to shipment. You can determine this processing time by looking for the “Usually Ships in” statement just above the red Add To Cart button on the webpage.
Many products are available to ship same-day or next-day. These items have a 1-2 day processing time listed.
Items with a longer processing time (3-5 days or longer) cannot be shipped sooner, even if you select a faster shipping method. For example: You order a watch and the website says that it “Usually ships in 5 business days”. If you pay for Priority Mail shipping, the watch will still require 5 days processing time. We will then ship it via Priority Mail, and the postal service will deliver it to you faster than the usual delivery time.
You will receive an email notification if there is a delay in shipping your order.
How Can You Determine the Delivery Date?
To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, we partner with warehouses around the United States. So, although we are a Florida-based company, your order might be shipped from a warehouse closer to you!
Here are the estimated delivery timeframes once an order has left a warehouse:
Delivery to addresses within the United States:
Free Shipping: 5-10 days
StandardPlus Shipping: 3-7 days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days
Delivery to addresses outside of the United States:
*Delivery estimates do not include delays by Customs authorities upon arrival in your country. Delivery timeframes will vary by country.
Free / Standard Shipping: 7-14 days
USPS Priority Mail: 4-10 days
USPS Express Mail: 3-7 days
